Corporate Rollout Services
Why overload your IT department when we can provide a complete service ....
Implementing a successful rollout of XDA or Blackberry needs careful planning and expertise in all the elements that go to make up the project. To further complicate things on top of provisioning the devices you might also need migration of existing handset mobile numbers to your new devices.
Placing this burden on an already stretched IT department can be a recipe for disaster which can easily be prevented. 1st Solution are able to provide a full range of expert services to facilitate a trouble free implementation covering all aspects of a successful rollout.

Back to topNeeds analysis and planning
Our philosophy is "a well planned install is a successful install", therefore at least one site meeting would be required to evaluate your current infrastructure, and discuss the implementation process.
Armed with this information we would formulate an implementation plan together with a timetable for your approval.
Once the implementation plan is agreed and a start date we would then put the plan into action to deliver the solution on time with the minimum fuss. This initial consultancy service is provided free of charge for customers buying 50 devices or more.
Back to topMail server configuration services
1st Solution's O2 and Microsoft trained engineers are available to install and/or configure the software on your mail servers to "mobile enable" your system.
For XDA IIs integration you will need to be running Exchange 2003 with internet facing front end Exchange web services. With our experience spanning both the LAN and internet we can assist with all the elements necessary to get your servers setup correctly with the minimum of fuss.
For Blackberry implementations Blackberry Enterprise Server software will need to be installed on your mail server to enable Blackberry pushed email delivery via O2's Blackberry gateway. Our configuration service provides a complete service to achieve this.

Back to top Post sales support service
When your mobile devices are shipped to your end users there are inevitably questions that arise on first use. If required 1st Solution can provide your users with a first line support help desk to assist them with the use of the devices.
To support the server side of the solution we can also provide you with fully
inclusive software upgrade services and maintenance for the server side of the
solution to maintain a quick reliable system.
Other servicesBack to top, user guides and training
The basic documentation provided with the XDA or Blackberry device is often enough for most users to get the most out of their handheld. Some Corporates however prefer to use their own quick start guides which provide an easy reference for end users on the use of the device. This guide can then include technical information specific to the company and other information such as the acceptable use policy for the company. If required we can assist with the production of this documentation including printing and ship it with each configured device.
If you would prefer to manage your own deployments and need us just to get you up and running we can provide an engineer to assist with the initial setup and train your IT staff in the setup of the devices.
Whatever you requirements we are here to help!
